Install instructions
I recommend making a file for this game as it need the crash handler and the .dll files in the same spot that it is launched from.
1.Make a folder
2.Download the game to that folder
3.Extract the files to that folder
4.Run the application/.exe in that folder
4.Dodge corn didlys!

I downloaded it and seems like there is at least one .dll file you need to upload alongside the .exe so it can work.
